Prima locatie in het midden van het dorpje. Je kan alles lopend af en binnen twee minuten sta je in de haven. In de nacht is het nagenoeg geruisloos en het bed is van een goede kwaliteit. Naast de ligging is het uitermate prettig dat het appartement beschikt over een eigen garage. De wifi was goed en snel maar de aanwezige TV is aan de kleine kant (meer de grootte van een beeldscherm).
We waren op de hoogte dat het toilet en douche op de benedenverdieping waren maar desondanks was dit wel een minpunt. Ook het servies in de keuken en kookgerei is aan de magere kant. Je mag verwachten dat er een kurkentrekker aanwezig is, is tenslotte Frankrijk, maar we moesten er zelf eentje kopen.Van te voren kreeg ik een link naar een website met allerlei informatie over het appartement en restaurants in de buurt. Op zich een handig hulpmiddel maar zonder kom je het appartement niet in, dus verplicht registeren.

The location was wonderful. In the village we could walk to multiple restaurants and shops, the harbor. We were also a short drive from many attractions like museums, beaches, and historical sites. I was worried we wouldn't be near the places we wanted to see but it was perfect, close enough we could get everywhere but far enough away it was quiet in the evenings.
The sign for the apartment was very small and we missed it many times before some very kind locals helped us out. The sign is simply small and if you are not looking in the right place, you miss it. The front door is not on the road so we couldn't see that either. The map told us exactly where it was but we could not see the house number. But this might just be the charm of a small village.

Ligging midden in het centrum maar toch erg stil. Auto kon worden gestald in de bijbehorende garage
Dat de wc en badkamer niet op dezelfde etage waren was in het begin even wennen.

Un emplacement parfait au cœur de Port en Bessin, alliant calme et proximité avec les commerces et le port.
Un appartement lumineux et bien équipé.
Un garage individuel et sécurisé, vérifier néanmoins la taille de votre véhicule, parfait pour un Peugeot 3008.
Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
Attention cet appartement ne convient pas aux personnes à mobilité réduite : WC et salle de bains au rez de chaussée; chambre et séjour au premier étage.
