Tolle Wohnung in guter Lage. Beim Personal ist noch viel Luft nach oben

Die Lage gefiel uns sehr. Sehr nah zum Strand, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Hier ist an alles gedacht, wir haben nichts vermisst. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen.

Die vielen Stufen zur Wohnung waren beschwerlich. Hier hätten wir uns im Vorfeld eine ehrliche Aussage gewünscht. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr unfreundlich und reagierte bei unseren Telefonaten sehr genervt. Den Code der Schlüsselübergabe erhielten wir mündlich, nicht wie in anderen Unterkünften per SMS oder WhatsApp. Daher mussten wir nochmals anrufen, um den Schlüssel wieder in der Box hinterlegen zu können. Ich hatte ehrlich gesagt keine Lust, dort anzurufen, da ich befürchtete, dass es wieder ein unangenehmes Gespräch wird. Und leider ja… sie war total vorwurfsvoll, warum wir nochmals nach dem Code fragten… so geht man nicht mit Gästen um.

Die Lage gefiel uns sehr. Sehr nah zum Strand, auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und hochwertig. Hier ist an alles gedacht, wir haben nichts vermisst. Ein Platz zum Wohlfühlen.

Die vielen Stufen zur Wohnung waren beschwerlich. Hier hätten wir uns im Vorfeld eine ehrliche Aussage gewünscht. Die Dame am Telefon war sehr unfreundlich und reagierte bei unseren Telefonaten sehr genervt. Den Code der Schlüsselübergabe erhielten wir mündlich, nicht wie in anderen Unterkünften per SMS oder WhatsApp. Daher mussten wir nochmals anrufen, um den Schlüssel wieder in der Box hinterlegen zu können. Ich hatte ehrlich gesagt keine Lust, dort anzurufen, da ich befürchtete, dass es wieder ein unangenehmes Gespräch wird. Und leider ja… sie war total vorwurfsvoll, warum wir nochmals nach dem Code fragten… so geht man nicht mit Gästen um.
