Stanza accogliente e di nuova ristrutturazione,molto pulita in posizione comoda anche per passeggiata a Chioggia.Ottima la combinazione con ingresso allo stabilimento balneare Playa del Sol e parcheggio in loco.Colazione dolce/salata presso il bar della struttura in spiaggia.Tutto molto curato e personale gentile.

Wir hatten das „Superior Apartment“ von 01.09. bis 12.09. gebucht. Die ruhige Lage im alten Teil von Sottomarina gefiel und sehr gut. 2 Strandliegen + 1 Sonnenschirm im Strandbad Playa Bonita waren im Apartmentpreis inkludiert. Da wir Anfang September angereist sind und nur mehr wenige Urlauber am Strand waren, erhielten wir vom Vermieter (Luca) sogar die 1. Reihe.
Erwähnenswert finden wir auch die Klimaanlage, welche sehr geräuscharm war und gut funktionierte.
Und: das Strandbad Playa Bonita ist sehr schön und wirklich top gepflegt!
Einmal hatten wir uns irrtümlich vom Apartment ausgesperrt. Luca kam uns sofort zu Hilfe - nochmals vielen Dank dafür!
Das Superior Apartment befindet sich im 3. Stock (das dazugehörige Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer im 4. Stock). Das sollten ältere Menschen eventuell bedenken.

Proprietari gentili e professionali. Comodo il pacchetto camera parcheggio ombrellone in spiaggia.
Shampo e bagnodoccia al minimo. Manca qualche appendino in bagno e un piccolo spazio x appendere abbigliamento lungo. Nel complesso camera piccola ma carina e pulita. Una buona soluzione x pochissimi giorni.

La pulizia
Il supplemento di 80 euro x i cani:: 20 euro x cane x notte, una esagerazione. Manca in cucina il necessario x renderla utilizzabile: spugnetta x piatti, detersivo, strofinaccio.. Bagno gelido
