Good central location, easy access to shops & cafes. Room was laid out nicely. Bed was comfortable, nice to have a kettle
Back entrance was confusing, would be good to have a sign outside. Door into the room has gap underneath allowing unpleasant smell in, probably just unlucky on the day, but had to block off with bathroom rug.

Location is good.
Accessing out of hours instructions aren’t the clearest, and no flushing toilet paper down the toilet is a strange rule.
