On site staff were lovely and helpful and very understanding with when staying with dogs.
Parking was tricky you aren’t meant to park on the grass but that only leaves the large car park which is managed by cameras so we couldn’t trust we wouldn’t get a parking ticket even using the pass left in the caravan.

Amazing caravan, had a great time away. Very homely and cosy for the family.
Our hot-tub emptied out before its switch off time, unfortunately never got to use it on the last evening.

The location was amazing. The size of the caravan was good for what we needed.
The day after we got there the hottub stunk and the water was cloudy. It got emptied the following day. So ended up 2 days without the hottub, one of the only reasons we booked this.
There were balloons tucked away in a cupboard from a previous Tennant. So obviously not checked.
It was dusty in some places and there was bits of food in some draws and on the floor. This caused ants to be all over the caravan and in the bedrooms which then moved to the kitchen. I hoovered everywhere and got rid of all food bit this still didnt help and made us uncomfortable with sleeping arrangements
