Perfect location but very average flat

The location was fantastic, nice balcony with a good street view.

The shower was very small with a very flimsy curtain, water went everywhere. There was very little room to put the bed out. The host gave us little information regarding the flat/bin system, and they were a little late for both check in and check out.

La posizione ottima

Abbiamo trovato l’asse del gabinetto rotto, lo scoppino del cesso sporco, ma non di un mese di anni la muffa all’interno all’interno della guarnizione della lavatrice. Avrebbe bisogno sicuramente una ammodernamento per quanto riguarda i i mobili.

l’unica cosa positiva della struttura è la posizione in centro a Sestri, a due passi dal Carruggio e dalla vaga delle fiabe.

la struttura è arredata in modo pessimo, con arredi e complementi vecchissimi che si spaccano appena li sfiori. Cassetti che non si aprono, ante che si staccano, lampade orribili che fanno luci fastidiose, bagno ricavato da un terrazzo improbabile, minuscolo che contrariamente a quello che è scritto non ha neanche il bidet. Il letto è ricavato con debiti e un materasso estremamente scomodo e di bassissima qualità Inoltre la casa è al secondo piano di una ripidissima scala che per persone con difficoltà alle articolazioni è davvero pericolosa. Mi chiedo come sia possibile che un proprietario non abbia 2000 € per andare all’Ikea e rendere uno spazio dignitoso. Per tre notti abbiamo pagato con lo sconto Genius e sconto di fine anno 351 €. Avremmo dovuto pagare per tre notti 700 €. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero pessimo. E invito i proprietari e l’agenzia intermediaria a fare qualcosa, perché è davvero inaccettabile. Soggiorno consigliato solo ed esclusivamente per la posizione.
