The room was not ideal for me, but the kindness and professionalism of the staff, especially Roshan and Reda, made up for everything. Thank you to them for the excellent service.

Location was brilliant, right in the heart of downtown Cairo, with easy access to a lot of places. Staff we’ve very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom was very basic. Difficult to locate initially, but the staff gave directions to help find the accommodation
