Hidden Acres is very near to Malahide Castle and Gardens, about a 10 minute walk and very worth doing. We stayed in the guest house, but they also offer glamping pods. The room was clean and cozy with a nice, modern bathroom. Staff were so helpful. I was having trouble with the taxi app and they gladly offered to order the cab for us. We only stayed 1 night, having finished a week long tour and needed an extra day for our flight home. We didn't have time to tour Malahide village. The cold breakfast was adequate for us (toast, cereal, granola, fruit, juice, coffee/tea) and reasonable price of 10€ per. A full Irish was offered at 15€.

The bathroom counter was very small with not much room around the sink to place cosmetics, etc.

Heel mooi verblijf. Supervriendelijke gastvrouw. Heel hygiënisch, zalig bed. Ruime badkamer. Ontbijt was er door omstandigheden niet, maar in het tuincentrum of nabij het kasteel kan je ontbijten. Een wandelingetje van zo’n 20-25min door het park brengt je naar het levendige centrum van Malahide. Daar kan je de trein nemen naar Howth, Dublin,…

Niet echt veel last van gehad, maar de muren zijn heel dun : we hoorden onze buren praten. (Oordopjes zijn voorzien.) Iedereen hield wel rekening met de rust tussen 9pm en 8am. Zelf hebben we heerlijk geslapen.
