Best value for money, excellent location. Plus one big upside was rhe presence of elevators.
First time customers should know that many hotels throughout AZ have different names on booking.com. Also, most hotels near Nizami st. are in old buildings without elevators which becomes a hassle.or at least a dependency. So this hotel provides one and is also super cheap.
It had nearby halal restaurants (found 2 Pakistani restiarants) and 24x7 super market and money exchange.
AC cooling was not enough, only one thermostat for the whole floor so we turned it on but some other room guest felt cold and they closed it and then we did that again until they gave up :)
Receptionist was good and he arranged 2 fans to help cool things down.
Breakfast buffet was not bad for the price. Quite limited spread but very very justified for the price yiu are giving.

The location is perfect. The room is clean and the breakfast is good. The staffs are helpful and friendly. Nice hotel and my stay was pleasant and smooth.
