Duża powierzchnia apartamentu, historyczne meble, ogromny, piękny park. Jest KLIMAT, NIEOCZEKIWANE DOZNANIA.
Nie widać oznak bieżącej konserwacji obiektu. Do spłukiwania sedesu w jednej z dwóch łazienek pozostaje wiadro. Warto zadbać o lepszej jakości worki na śmieci. Kłopotliwy mechanizm zdalnego check-in. Brak klimatyzacji, a cykady za oknem strasznie hałasują.

L'appartamento è una parte di una villa risalente alla metà del 1800, bellissimo giardino, anche l'appartamento è potenzialmente bellissimo, in viale d'accesso sembra che ti accompagni dentro una favola
La posizione è ottima, vicina a tutti i servizi e al mare ma lontano dal caos, il silenzio e la pace regnano sovrani giorno e notte, anzi i suoni della natura sono uno strepitoso sottofondo
Potenzialmente l'appartamento e il giardino sono stupendi
Purtroppo però il tutto non è curato a dovere, il viale che porta alla casa è strepitoso ma il giardino circostante è un po' lasciato a se stesso così come anche l'appartamento, i due bagni hanno i servizi che funzionano male, In cucina ci sono tutti gli elettrodomestici per quanto necessario a poterla utilizzare è tutto molto vissuto, un po' troppo forse
L'appartamento è affascinante, pavimenti e mobili probabilmente sono risalenti al periodo della costruzione della casa, osservabile da una finestra interna c'è addirittura una cappella, l'appartamento è annesso a una Villa padronale molto bella ma purtroppo avrebbe bisogno di cure profonde
Siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all'orario previsto e la nostra ospite è stata molto gentile e preparata a farci sistemare la casa, così come a darci tutte le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno , nonostante questo c'era polvere dappertutto e il tutto non era perfettamente pulito come mi sarei aspettata
Tengo a precisare che al momento del nostro arrivo solo i rifornimenti di biancheria erano mancanti

Charming property full of character! The estate is huge and green, with a beautiful mansion built in 1869 — most of the original features are still preserved, which makes the whole place feel like stepping into a movie or a fairytale. The drive through the tree-lined alley leading up to the house is just magical.
The apartment is very spacious, with plenty of room for kids to play outside. There’s also a small but deep pool that guests can use — perfect for cooling off on a hot day.
Bring plenty of insect repellent if you plan to explore the grounds or walk in the surrounding nature. You’ll definitely need a car to get there and to move around the area.
The furniture and equipment are a bit vintage, but that’s part of the charm — it really fits the atmosphere of this historic place.

Es gab eine Waschmaschine und Waschmittel
Es gab leider keine Seife
Es gab kein Spülmittel
Es gab keinen schwamm / Lappen zum Tische abwischen oder zum spülen
Kein Öl zum braten ( italien ... wer hat hier kein Öl ? )
Der Duschkopf war wirklich widerlich verkalkt und lief nur schräg links etwas wasser heraus ( wir haben einen neuen gekauft ) und ihn dort gelassen ( 3.49 Euro bei Lidl )
Das Besteck war teilweise kaputt .
Im oberen Badezimmer gab es irgendwo ein Hornissen Nest , die kamen aus dem Spiegel raus geflogen . Die Tiolette war notdürftig geklebt .
Im unteren Bad war der Toiletten deckel so locker das man fast runter fiel beim hinsetzen.
Es war brüllend heiß innen . Es gab 3 Ventilatoren . 1 hatte keine Abdeckung ( suoer gefährlich vor allem mit Kindern ) auf Nachfrage bekamen wir einen anderen .
Ohne Klimaanlage war es tatsächlich unerträglich heiss . In den Schlafräumen hatten wir gute 28-30 grad
An schlaf war kaum zu denken .
Der Pool .. umgeben von Wespen Nestern . Es wurde Gift grsprüht , hat aber leider nicht viel gebracht. Allergiker haben hier keine Freude ( meine Frau ist Allergikerin )
Der Pool hatte eine Tiefe von guten 2m bzw 2.20m . Leider gab es keine Stufe oder ähnliches im Pool . Dies war nirgendwo zu lesen und für unseren kleinsten sehr gefährlich. Ohne Schwimmhilfe nicht zu bewältigen. Auch für Erwachsene sehr anstrengend.
Wir haben bis zum 11.08 gebucht sind aber bereits in der Nacht vom 9.08 auf den 10.08 frühzeitig abgereist. Es war ohne Klimaanlage nicht auszuhalten. Ameisen wanderten innen an den Wänden herum und die Hornissen waren im Badezimmer auch nicht besser .
Leider mehr Schein als sein .
