très belle maison dans son ensemble superbe emplacement avec vue mer et superbe piscine. La réactivité du propriétaire pour trouver une solution lors d'une coupure d'eau.

Il manque tout de même certains équipements « vendus » dans l’annonce pour 8 personnes. Pas de serviettes de toilette pour 8 pendant 3 jours. Bbq très petit. 2 sdb et pas 3. La 4 eme chambre est en fait le prolongement du salon avec des portes de placard et pas de rangements . Pas du tout de table et chaises pour dîner à l’extérieur donc au choix de dîner à l’intérieur ou de sortir le mobilier de la salle à manger chaque jour ( malgré nos relances pendant 2 semaines. ). Pas de vaisselle réellement pour 8p ( 4 assiettes plates et ensuite des creuses.. 1 petite poêle …). Seulement 6 bains de soleil autour de la piscine. Bref. Décalage avec l’annonce.

To start the views from the property are amazing and it’s a lovely modern place but ALOT of facility problems and zero customer service

The location off a main road is (especially in the dark hard to find if you go wrong you have to drive another 10 mins up the road to turn round- not signposted) We couldn’t access the property until over 6 hours after the normally check in time (keys were left at 9.15pm at night not ideal when you’re travelling with children) even after explaining via WhatsApp this was not ideal A lot of things made our stay bearable but not luxurious break we were expecting - only 2 bathrooms not 3 just a toilet downstairs - horrible smell from upstairs bathroom constantly like drainage problem and it was so dark even with lights on you can hardly see - main bathroom toilet system kept running meaning on day 2 the tank on the roof had drained of all its water meaning no water - messaged with problem just to be ignored (we had to turn the toilet off to enable the tank to fill itself) not acceptable - bed in upstairs king room - after lifting mattress we discovered a lot the bed slats were broken and shoved under the bed then continued to keep falling out all week not Great having to mess about replacing slats Everytime you moved on the bed. - not enough sun loungers only 6 (villa sleeps up to 8?) only 5 had a cushion - no parasols (again messaged and no reply) No outside table & chairs couple random chairs not enough for everyone - no bin in kitchen - no instructions for housekeeping - we ended up with a mouse in the living area (all screens were closed?) - no scissors, not enough plates or glasses all random and full of what looked like the owners brick brace store -not enough towels and small at that - no toiletries - the bbq was a joke tiny rusty portable - air-con units constantly dripping water into plant pits outside the back door - when the pool overflows it doesn’t drain away and leaves a massive flooded puddle where the sun beds are.
