My husband and I liked the room; it was cozy, spacious, and has a balcony with a great view, especially since you could see the Grand Canal and the surroundings. The room also provided necessities like shampoo, bath gel, toilet paper, and hand soap. Additionally, the room is located close to stores, malls, and restaurants. The staff and guards are also kind and very helpful.
One thing we did not like about the room was the presence of pests or cockroaches, so the owner should provide pest control to avoid this, especially if there is food on the table and in the kitchen; also, the towel rack is too high and should be lower, and even my foreign husband agreed with me.
