very comfortable stay, there is a guide in english to use water heater, washing machine etc and the owner is very helpful with answering my questions about the area. check-in and check-out process was smooth. its 15 mins walk to hongik univ station and 10 mins walk to hapjeong station. great area to stay if youre looking to discover hongdae as well as using the train to other tourist spots (myeongdong, gyeongbokgung palace, seongsu). if you are checking in early, the owner lets you leave your luggages outside the unit and will put them in after cleaning.
it would be excellent if they could provide some bottled water as well. nevertheless theres a kettle for you to boil some.

It was cozy and in a very good neighborhood. It’s close to club street yet it’s relatively silent. Red road is just a minute away. The owner was so helpful and lovely with anything we might need. The bed is also huge!
The kitchen is rather small while the bathroom is especially spacious. There are not too many storage options for long term visitors.

Appartement propre, confortable et surtout très bien situé pour quelqu'un qui veut passer du temps à hongdae. J'y suis passé 10 jours, et j'ai vraiment adoré la proximité qu'a l'appartement avec les commerces, restaurants ou boîtes de nuits. J'y retournerai avec grand plaisir, surtout avec un prix aussi contenu.
C'est du détail, mais c'etait simplement les chaises qui ne pouvaient pas aller sous la table, et donc prenaient beaucoup de place.
