Sehr schön renoviertes, großes Appartment mit zwei Balkonen. Der kleinere Westbalkon bietet eine tolle Aussicht auf das Mehr. Der Aufzug in den 4. Stock ist etwas älter, aber sehr hilfreich. Gute Lage zum Strand und in die Stadt. Ein schöner Wanderweg führt hinter dem Haus den Berg hinauf. 90% Parkmöglichkeit im Hof des Hauses - kein persönlicher Parkplatz - für uns war einn Platz ab dem 2. Tag frei.
Die Registrierung auf der schön gestalteten Hostdomusseite war, wie schon einmal erwähnt nicht angenehm. Ich habe eine halbe Stunde damit verbracht, Daten einzugeben, die von Booking bereits bekann waren. Speziell das Scannen der Ausweise hat war schwierig.
Unsere Anreise, noch in der Sommerferienzeit, war stressig.. Vor den Häußern liegt ein, zu diesem Zeitpunkt überfüllter und sehr enger Parkplatz. Nur durch Glück konnte ich eine Parklücke finden. Das Haus mit der Wohnung liegt zurückgesetzt zwischen zwei anderen Häußern. Hausnummern sind verwirrend und helfen kaum.
Die Unterstüztzung durch den Hostdomusbetreuer war minmalistisch. Als wir Schwierigkeiten hatten, die Schlüsselbox zu öffnen, habe ich die Kontakttelefonnummer zweimal erfolglos angerufen, obwohl wir genau zur vereinbarten Zeit angekommen waren. Als ich gerade dabei war Booking anzurufen, hat sich der Betreuer, per WhatsApp gemeldet und uns durch die größten Probleme durchgeholfen.
Die Tür des Appartments ist schlecht gekennzeichnet. Auf dem Klingelschild steht groß "BUSISI", über dem Klingeldrücker steht in 2mm großen Buchstaben "Seaside".

La décoration, le lieu, les équipements globalement bons ! Cuisine équipée de façon fonctionnelle !
Difficile de récupérer la clé … le jour même la personne n’était pas disponible par message ou par téléphone, on a reçu le code pour la clé en retard … désagréable pour débuter les vacances!
Pas de mobilier sur la terrasse, pour manger dehors il faut déménager les meubles de l’intérieur … un peu ridicule!

De locatie is briljant. Het appartement is ruim, licht, modern, compleet, goede airco's. Schoonmaak was goed maar hier een daar met de Italiaanse slag, zeker niet erg. Het parkeren bij het appartement is top want in Noli parkeren is niet te doen. Ruime balkons en mooi zicht op de zee.

The location was perfect. Five minute walk to the beach and to the lovely old town in Noli where they have lots of restaurants, bars and ice cream shops. As well, several souvenir and clothing shops which are open late in the evening. The property has two balconies with views of the sea on one of them which is exceptionally gorgeous. Mini split a/c units work well. Shower and bathroom were very nice and with a washing machine. Easy and free parking in the gated property area. Access to hiking trails very close and fun to explore.
II was quite surprised that I had to give my credit card information for a 400 euro deposit up front. That seemed like a lot and booking.com did not warn me about this. Fortunately I was able to do it, but some people might not be able to do that. It was put as a pending charge on my CC and was refunded after 5 days of check out. The water in the kitchen sink was just a dribble, but when I brought it to the attention of the staff, she said she would have it fixed by a plumber. As well, the ceiling fans were not working, or I could not figure out how to make them work. Also, will get fixed. A/c was nice.
