Spacious apartment with comfortable furniture and good range of kitchen equipment. Very clean with fresh towels and a bed make up service every day as well as an overall clean. Very secure complex with onsite parking. Pleasant terrace patio furniture. The hosts were super responsive to requests (e.g. we asked for our housekeeper to come later in the day or not at all some days), they arranged a later check out etc.
It was a little further away from Sea Point than we had thought and we found it too steep to walk up the hill after a trip into town. It is opposite the entrance to a junior school. For most of our stay the children were on holiday but when they were back it was noisy at the beginning of the day (7.30am) and home time (around 1pm).
