Amazing

The place was so clean and nice with all the needed equipment. Very nice location, walking distance from the marina and the touristic attractions. Highly recommended 👌

Amazing beachside location - but absolutely nothing available in complex off season.

Location was amazing. Right on beach. Apartment was fine. Hotel would be nice when facilities open. Sunbeds available in apartment to use during stay, as none on site in Benal Beach whatsoever.

Despite me emailing the owners THREE times in advance to check about the pools, all the facilities were closed - despite being advertised on booking.com as pool open all year. One small mermaid pool was open. I booked in a teenager - zero interest in mermaid pool. All other pools closed. All slides closed. All games rooms and pool tables closed. I had previously cancelled alternative accommodation as they communicated to me that their pools were closed. I booked this accommodation as it advertised pools available all year - completely untrue and terrible communication on their part. Hotel exterior very dishevelled and neglected during low season. Has so much potential if cleaned up - but I understand that will probably happen in April / May.

Good location.

It would be more honest for the property owner to state in the description that the sauna and gym are available for an additional fee, because no reasonable person would pay €9 per visit to the gym.

La propreté du studio et le supermercado dans l'établissement

C'était un peu fatiguant (pente élevé et les couloirs étaient trop long pour arriver à notre studio qui était un peu loin de l'entrée et sortie de l'établissement. Building 4 . Il a fallu au moins environ 7mn pour y arriver. Le prix est élevé et cher par rapport au petit studio.
