Very well located flat, there's two amazing bakeries 2-3 minutes away and two markets (one big and one small). Takes about 15 minutes to get to Ortigia on foot. Neighbourhood really quiet, easy to find parking space on the street. Apartment really clean and spacious, well equipped (iron, well working AC, coffee machine, all kitchen utensils). Good communication.
Would be good to have microwave in apartment and apartament itself could do with being refurbished a little bit as there were some cracks on walls and ceiling. Shower quite small but still ok to use.

Appartamento ben gestito e con il senso di casa, ben tenuta, con tutti i comfort ed il necessario per farti sentire accolto, nonostante sia stato in vacanza. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento!

La camera era perfetta, non mancava nulla, persino i detersivi per lavaggio dei vestiti e delle stoviglie erano presenti. Detersivi per lai cura della persona con dosatori in bagno ok, frigo ottimo. Macchina per caffè e alcune cialde offerte con zucchero. Condizionatori silenziosi. Posti auto in strada disponibili, gratis. Zona tranquilla.
L'impatto dell'entrata al palazzo. Purtroppo le scale vecchie, buie, e non pulitissime, ma questo non dipende solo dal host, infatti sul pianerottolo, stretto , del piano 1 ( noi eravamo al 2°) inquilino lasciava buste e bidoni spazzatura fuori dall'ingresso. Indecoroso. Diccia stretta e un po' con ruggine e ossidazioni agli elementi. Motorini psrcheggiati nelle scale ad uso autirimessa. Niente ascensore, difficoltoso e faticoso salire valigie pesanti.
