The host, Igor, did a really good job! He communicated with me timely and nicely. The room itself is very cozy, it can accommodate 3 persons, and it was very well clean and furnished. Kitchenette was well equipped, and it has enough amenities to cook for yourself. The apartment is located quite close to the train station and city center, and a large supermarket is about 5 minutes away. The bathroom is equipped with a laundry machine and a bathtub, so you can wash your clothes and take a warm bath after a long day.
The area is in a state of relative disrepair, the block is quite old and it can seem a bit sketchy. However, this cannot be attributed to the apartment itself. The property still fulfills its role and offers a very good quality-price ratio.

Чистая, приятная квартира с новым ремонтом. В квартире есть все необходимое для проживания. Хозяин очень гостеприимный, быстро отвечает и всегда на связи

Чистая и уютная квартира! Никакого постороннего запаха!
Удобно что 2 кровати, с ребенком самое то!
Всё понравилось! Все необходимое есть!
Хозяин приветливый и показал все как нужно: видео, инструкции.
Понравилось что ключик в ключнице на двери с кодом можно оставить - очень удобно.
На столе чай, кофе, сахар - очень радушно и приятно!
