L'appartamento è grande, ben arredato e con letti comodi. Molto efficace l'impianto di condizionamento dell'aria nelle camere da letto che ci ha consentito di vivere bene nonostante il caldo torrido estivo. La zona ci è parsa tranquilla e silenziosa. Abbiamo lasciato spesso l'auto parcheggiata sotto casa e per muoverci abbiamo usato gli autobus che partono dalla vicina piazza Vico e su via Foria: non sono frequentissimi, ma abbastanza utili per raggiungere punti strategici della città. Molto buona la pizzeria in piazza Vico, ma il quartiere non offre molte altre possibilità. Su via Foria è invece possibile incontrare diversi bar e ristoranti dove cenare la sera.
