The room was clean, comfortable and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing.

Very pleasant place with garden. Secure and peaceful location, helpful staff.
Same breakfast every day, Worryingly salty water in bathroom so it's safe to brush your teeth with bottle water.

Staff were super supportive and cooperative, good location near to the all facilities ,spacious room .
Washroom accessories should be upgraded. The shower door and shower drain need to be fixed, as there is too much smell in the washroom.
Also, the breakfast was mentioned as continental, but only omelette, bread, and tea were provided, which does not match the description.

Breakfast was satisfactory. Nothing exceptional. Ambiance was good. I could easily have stayed longer.
Service was delinquent. Several people around but no management staff available except for Housekeeping fellow who did what he could but not anything beyond that. In the evening nobody was available.
Wifi service was quite terrible. I told several members about it and suggested rebooting router or extender. Much later they discovered the extender for my area was disconnected.
Hot water was unavailable the day of my arrival. It was turned on next day.
Manager never met with me to discuss costs, etc. for extending my stay until 15 March.
