Breakfast not provided,self catering.it was convenient in location, at the time it catered for our needs.
The bathroom was a little on the small side,and there was pigeons situated on the adjoining window sill (noisey)

Wi Fi Had problems But went out instead to watch illumination s and was there to visit someone in Blackpool hospital on the three days we were there Ok

It was modern, clean and close to all the amenities in St Annes. Once we parked the car in the courtyard it didn't move again till we left so no extra parking charges to pay. I would highly recommend this apartment. I felt safe there with my 5 year old granddaughter.
It was really hot when we were there and no windows to open or A/C.
There is a green fire escape light over the bedroom door which I know is necessary but it makes the room light.

The location was good and most of the room was clean except for the bathroom
