Authentic it is indeed! This cosy Riad is located in a very windy street, with the ocean just on the other side of the outside wall. It is very quiet although close to the main shopping streets. It is very clean and nicely decorated.
We were six people. Upon arrival it felt a little bid damp (because of the closeness of the ocean I presume). They have 2 de-humidifiers which we put them to work and the dampness soon disappeared. All the double beds were comfortable, except the 2 single beds (they are suitable for children, but not really for adults. The mattresses are very thin/soft.). There is a big fridge in the kitchen, and enough cutlery and plates/cups for 8 people.
When we were there (october), it was rather impossible to go onto the roof terras because it was really too windy, but I can imagine it must be wonderful during hot summer nights
All in all, we had a very nice time in this house.
The beds in one of the rooms (two single beds) are more for children. The mattresses are too thin/soft.
There are only 2 bathrooms, 1 on the first floor (were there are 3 bedrooms) and 1 on the second floor where there is 1 bedroom and the kitchen. Because we had the whole house to ourselves (we were 6 persons) we worked it out, the cosines of the house made up for it ;o)

Le Spa pourrait être abrité car beaucoup de vent sur la terrasse ´ on en a très peu profité

The Riad had a rustic and simple but very charming aesthetic. We appreciated the decor and colour scheme. The location was great and we enjoyed the sea breeze!
The communication was a little confusing and delayed at times, but we got there! They were flexible with our late check in and check out time which we appreciated very much.
