Ottima zona ma casa poco valorizzata

La casa era in un’ottima posizione strategica. Ampio terrazzo e locali interni spaziosi.

Struttura priva di climatizzazione e di zanzariere. O una o l’altra dovrebbero esserci. Costringendoci a dormire con le finestre aperte abbiamo avuto non pochi problemi con le zanzare. Mobilio vecchio non pulito e poco funzionale. Stesso discorso vale per la cucina.

Soggiorno da dimenticare

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento congelato agli anni '70 con arredi vecchi e rovinati. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto interrompere la vacanza poiché io e mia figlia che dormivano nello stesso letto ci siamo ritrovate piene di morsi da cimici dei letti. Contattata la struttura, hanno minimizzato i morsi definendoli di zanzare. Una volta viste le foto (che allego) hanno provveduto a sostituire i materassi con altri sempre usati e malandati e non ci hanno fornito neanche delle lenzuola pulite. Inoltre la struttura risulta irreperibile e non siamo riusciti neanche ad avere un rimborso al momento.

Ci è piaciuto tutto, ci siamo sentiti a casa. Appartamento come nelle foto, completo di tutto il necessario

Unico consiglio è mettere delle zanzariere alle finestre.

Ottima posizione della villa (Vici na al mare , comoda da raggiungere e vicina al centro paese)e dove si vive in tranquillità in tutto il suo complesso. Organizzazione molto curata e presente tutto il necessario. Ottima disponibilità dell'esercente e mare splendido.
