Close to train station, clean, modernised, large,
it was loud around where we stayed, noise of what we thought was a garage opening and closing several times, no restaurants around or anything

Stayed at the apartment room 206. Its spacious. Relatively clean and well equipped. They have washer with detergent provided to use. Its a washer dryer combo machine but it doesn't really dry the clothes well enough.
Kitchen is equipped with kettle, eleteix stove, pots, bowls, plates, and utensils. They have a rice cooker too but we didnt use it.
Futon is comfortable. Had to pay extra 1000yen for second futon. It was raining one of the day and they lend us 2 umbrellas!
Garage noise: We stayed over the weekend. Friday night to Monday morning. From other reviews, we were expecting to hear the garage door opening noise everyday early morning and maybe at night but it was quiet over Friday night, saturday morning and night. Sunday night when we came back to the apt, someone was working in the garage and then we heard them again in the morning around 6 or 7am which we were up already anyways. It is very noisy when the garage door opens and close but it didnt bother us too much.
Apt is on second floor with no elevator and a bit steep stairs.
Bit of a walk to the train station.
There were some sticky spots on the floor but owner responded quick and had someone to bring the floor mop to me.
The washroom smells if you keep the door closed. We leave it open during the day when we go out and its ok.

"Great Location, very close to train stations and convenience stores/supermarkets (only 5mins to Daikochu train station and 10min walk to life supermarket which made it super easy!)"
