It’s A SCAM! You are living ON the construction site. DON’T BOOK HERE!
This villa popped up last minute and looked amazing from the pictures.
It’s nicely designed, with high class interior and supposed to be very clean.
It may be nice after the facility construction is finished.

In the description they state as follow:
„Please note: There is ongoing construction in the surrounding area, which may result in some noise. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding that this is beyond our control. The current rates have been adjusted to reflect this situation and therefore noise concerns won’t be eligible for any form of refund/discount.“
Okay, in the developed areas of Bali there are constructions everywhere. Can’t change that.
What they don’t tell you is, you will be living literally ON THE CONSTRUCTION SITE.
It’s not „the surrounding area“, it’s THE FACILITY ITSELF.
Only few villas are finished, the others around are still being built.
Inside it still stinks from the paint and construction glue.
That means not „may result in some noise“ but construction noise all day from the morning, to sometimes 10pm.
NOBODY WOULD BOOK IN HERE IF THEY GAVE A HONEST DESCRIPTION.
THAT IS WHY THEY HAVE A NO REFUND POLICY ON CANCELATIONS.
Seeing this we wanted to leave directly. Onsite staff, a guy named Ryan, attempted mediation and made some calls. After those, he assumed to me, we will get a refund if we want to leave. for confirmation, the office will be reopening on monday. I already had the feeling that Ryan only tried to get himself out of the situation, so I did not trust him and checked with the management directly after he left. Of course, I was right - Don't trust this guy!
We had to stay or to waste lots of money. They were completely unreasonable and referred to their policy and euphemistic description. Also, after Ryan lying to me, we did not have trust in the staff anymore.
DON’T BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY WILL REPLY TO THIS REVIEW IN THEIR STYLE OF PLACATING PHRASES.
