They are responsive when you communicate with them through the app. The place is close to the train station, several bus stops, and several restaurants. There's even a nice Indian restaurant beside it.
Like other Japanese accommodations, it's more on the cramped side. I booked it with just one friend on a seven-day trip; thus, it was not too claustrophobic for us.
If there will be three to four people inside, it'd be better if they'd stay for only a short time. Else, more and larger luggages will be difficult to handle.

普通のアパートの一室です。入室、退室がとても簡単で良かったです。ロフトにセミダブル？ダブル？の布団とハンモックがあり、子どもたちがとても喜んでました。ロフトの布団とソファーとは別にマットレスとシーツ、枕などあり寝る場所は多かったです。その他、食器、洗剤、使い捨て歯ブラシなど充実していました。
アパートの一室（単身者用？）なので、😃3〜4人だとそれなりに狭くは感じます。

立地条件が良かった
駐車場もコインパーキングがあり
使いやすかった
スーパー、コンビニが近くにあり
わかりやすかったです
子供達もはしゃいでまた泊まりたいと言ってました
シャワーのヘッドがテープで巻かれてましたが
剥がれかけて…取れるのか不安だった
ごみ捨て箱の 燃えるゴミと燃えないゴミがどちらか不明だったので
1番そこが困りました
その他は 問題なく過ごせました
