Good location,with parking and nice views
The apartment has a few issues door to mirrored wardrobe cracked and dirty curtains and noisy fridge, which I reported on arrival. The apartment is In Need of a bit of maintenance. After being asked for a deposit for breakages during my stay was a little unhappy with condition of the apartment.
Also no welcome pack information in apartment with no fire safety instructions or other general information.

Excellent location, parking was easy, and the flat is BEAUTIFUL! The Balcony view, Living room, Kitchen - fantastic.

View from double bedroom and living room is stunning.
They were easy to contact and arrival instructions were quite clear (some needs to be more aligned with the actual codes e.g. using the hashtag)
Not clear in the booking that toiletries were self- supplied. Also if they are, then there should be rack/space in the shower area to hold them.
Also there was no handwash soap in the ensuite. While it's reasonable to expect people to bring toiletries, handwash should be provided. There was also no hairdryer and even though there was an ironing board, there was no iron that we could find.
Also one of the rooms is definitely far far far better than the other in terms of view, size, amenities, main bathroom, and this was not made clear in the advert. So if the flat is being booked for a group of 4, they should include a difference in rate for each room.
Also, in the run up to the dates, there were too many emails coming through. I received 5 messages with my booking confirmation. This is unnecessary.
Main bathroom needs a partition for the shower
And the smaller bathroom needs a hand shower.
And finally, In order to help people be responsible tourists, since Cornwall council segregates waste much more than other parts of the UK, the sands administration must help their guests be more aware. We had no idea which bin in the kitchen was for recycling, landfill, food waste etc. Some labels are needed on the bins or colour coded with a tag / labels.

Location (lovely view, beach etc). Upmarket resort. Well designed flat/condo layout.
Narrow parking spaces for expensive cars, no markings on key safe to identify flat, fridge freezer made an intrusive humming noise for about 18 hours a day (would probably be heard by neighbours too), television default was in Dutch. Would come back to this lovely resort, but sadly not to this property.
