La posizione, hotel molto pulito e lo staff super disponibile
Purtroppo la piscina interna è piccola e si rumori subito, quindi non abbiamo potuto godere del relax, considerando il fatto che a fianco alla piscina c’è una sala giochi per bambini.. quindi lo consiglio per famiglie ma non a delle coppie che scelgono il relax

Very central in Moena, you can walk to shops and restaurants.
We were very surprised that on top of an already quite expensive stay we then also had to pay for parking, towels for the spa and even milk for our baby amounting to an extra €60. We also had to take out our own rubbish as we were apparently in an 'apartment' which is baffling given it's a hotel with cleaning staff.
We were also underwhelmed by the spa facilities and very disappointed that there was no warm jacuzzi - all the pools are cold which is not what your body wants after long hikes.
