Great view over the city, comfortable bed.
I had a disappointing experience with the hostel’s tour booking. I was told my Wadi Rum tour was booked through them, but the night before I left, after I had paid, they admitted it had not actually been organised.
They did apologise, refunded me and I believe it was an honest mistake, but it caused unnecessary stress and made me lose trust.
There was also dog poop on the carpet (as well as on the dogs pee-pads dotted around) during my stay, which was unpleasant.
