We did not stay in this apartment but the one next door. Modern building, clean and quiet
We were already in a taxi when host sent us a new address. Was in the same complex but we had to ask around. Receive only one code but you need 3: complex gate, building’s front door, and apartment. Only because neighbors helped and call the owner we were able to enter apartment. Very disorganized

The apartment was well decorated and has everything you needed for a stay - from cooking to washing to resting and sleeping. It was extremely quiet at night being a residential area. The location was extremely close to Sairan bus terminal (7-min walk), and had lots of minimarts, restaurants/takeaway kiosks just surrounding the estate. Prepare exact cash amount for the payment. They do not take card and cannot provide change. For the size and quality of the apartment though this slight inconvenience is not a problem at all. I would definitely come back to stay again. Even though I stayed only one night to get ready for a bus ride, this place would be great for longer term stay.
It wasn't clear which gate you could go through for the estate as it was a large place with several gates. Try to go as close to Block 8 as possible before trying the gate codes provided.

La ubicación. Está a unos 7 km del centro, pero al lado de la estación de autobuses internacional que era lo que buscábamos.
Además, pudimos hacer el checkin a las 11 AM en vez de a lss 2 PM
Nos costó encontrar encontrar su ubicación
