The service and hospitality was personalised and very wrlcoming. The on location restaurant provides excellent meals and drinks at reasonable prices. Such an advantage to have a deep, and cool, eco pool and not have to suffer the chemicals normally in pools. The restaurant also hosts a gallery of thought provoking and meaning pieces that can be toured. Thankyou Gordon and Christine. I hope to visit again.

What an amazing find ! Although we didn't get the room I booked we were not disappointed with the Mermaid Suite . The hotel is an amazing art museum with a plethora of paintings by Gordon's mum. It is also an amazing fine dining experience. Gordon the chef and owner and designer of this magical place is a culinary genius. The meals were not only delicious they were a work of art .
The eco pool was divine leaving our skin silky soft .
Not a lot we didn't like really !

Very chic - a restaurant, art gallery, and hotel combined into one. Food is exquisite. Chef/owner has a passion for fine cuisine.
No bathroom in room yet, but construction is underway to equip all rooms.
