It is important to understand that this accommodation is part of a tennis complex, so it should be considered accordingly. We stayed here twice as a transit and resting stop rather than for a full holiday stay, and it suited this purpose very well.
The rooms were clean, the bathrooms were good, and we had access to Wi-Fi, a TV, a small refrigerator, a kettle and some instant coffee. There are also shops and restaurants nearby.
We communicated with the staff only through Booking messages, but they helped us whenever possible. When we realized that we had made a mistake with our check-in and check-out dates, they promptly adjusted the reservation, which meant that we still had somewhere to stay and rest during the day. We really appreciated their help.
The airport is relatively easy to reach using the 200E bus, with the nearest stop approximately 15–20 minutes away on foot. At the time of our visit, the regular 200E ticket cost around 500 HUF, compared with approximately 2,500 HUF for the 100E airport shuttle. If you enjoy tennis, you may also want to try the courts during your stay.
We recommend this place for a short stopover when you need a shower, some rest and a comfortable place before continuing your journey. The price was fair considering everything provided.
All in all, it is a good and practical place to stay, especially for a short transit stop.
The only downside is that some sections of the route to the property do not have proper pedestrian paths. If you arrive on foot, you need to pay extra attention to the traffic in the area.

La ubicación es complicada si vas en transporte público, las vialidades para llegar no son aptas para llegar caminando con maletas, debes de llegar en carro y adicional las escaleras para llegar a mi habitación son difíciles para subir con maletas, los escalones muy pequeños.
No cuentan con jabones para bañarse
