Great location and good size property. Easily accommodated 3 adults with plenty of private space. Comfy beds and added benefit of 24 hour staff on reception.

I cannot fault the apartment for its proximity to New Street station and the city centre. It was also excellent value, and the beds were clean and comfortable. The lovely guy on reception was so helpful in looking after our cases while we did a bit of shopping after checking out.

The apartment showed signs of wear and tear, and the soft furnishing and decor didn’t match up to the photos. A new rug would cost very little but would make so much difference, and please remove those horrible throws from the sofas. The Rotunda Building has seen better days, it’s very shabby from the outside.
