Terrible Experience – No Heating, Unacceptable Conditions for a Family
N/A
Our stay was an extremely unpleasant experience, and I would definitely not recommend this accommodation, especially to families travelling with children.
There was absolutely no heating throughout the entire night. The rooms were unbearably cold, making it impossible to feel comfortable or even consider taking a bath or shower. The temperature inside was simply unacceptable for accommodation that is supposed to provide basic comfort to its guests.
All five of us, including our three children, had to go to bed wearing our hoodies and all the clothes we had, trying to keep warm throughout the night. We even had to sleep with our hoods on because the rooms were so cold.
This is not what anyone expects when booking accommodation, particularly after a long day of travelling. A warm room and functioning heating system are basic necessities, not luxury extras.
The consequences were also unpleasant the following morning. My husband woke up with a terrible headache after spending the entire night in such cold conditions.
What should have been a comfortable night of rest turned into a miserable experience for the entire family. When travelling with children, having adequate heating is absolutely essential.
It is completely unacceptable to rent out accommodation in these conditions. Guests should not have to spend the night fully dressed, freezing under the blankets, simply because the heating is not working.
A terrible experience, a sleepless and uncomfortable night, and absolutely no value for the money paid.
