Amazing stay! The hotel is extremely nice, comfortable, modern, and new. Mountain view from the deck. Walking distance to town (5 minutes), but off the main street so it's quiet. Felt very safe. The best part was the manager. He went above-and-beyond to help me experience the local area, and I had the most amazing visit to Ratnapura because of his assistance, advice, and kindness. All the other staff members were very kind as well. I highly recommend staying here!
