New hotel in the Palm Jumeirah, very modern and clean.
Theresa, Sarangi and Soufien at the reception were above and beyond.
They provided all the information and support we were looking for with a smile.
Theresa helped us a lot at the check in and made sure our stay is unforgettable.

The room was a really good size and had very good amenities and facilities (microwave, fridge, water dispenser)
Overall there was a lack of urgency by the staff which was a bit of a let down. They seemed very passive. There was a lack of urgency by the team. Check-in took a long time and we had to wait for our room to be ready. We arrived at 2.40pm and were told beforehand that we could check in at anytime from 12pm so we were a bit shocked that our room was not ready.
