The apartment was spacious, well equipped to making the stay very enjoyable..
Not a lot not to like. Balcony is a bit on the small side if the apartment has full occupancy but ok for 2 people.

Location was excellent, Apartment was well stocked and clean. Fabulous Pool area, and in a quiet residential area around 15 minutes walk from the Marina. I would definitely stay here again. All in All a fabulous place for a holiday. Communication From the apartment management was generally good as well(apart from the points below). they were always available to answer questions and responded quickly.
Only a few things and more feedback than Criticism. A few points on the management side and one of the owner that needs to be addressed
Management
1, Some of the info given is completely mis-leading or wrong. I asked if when we arrived we could store our luggage somewhere and use the pool as we arrived at 12pm and couldn't check in until 3.30pm, I also asked the same question about check out as we had to checkout at 10.30am and were not leaving for the airport until 2.30pm. I was told this wasn't a problem and we could leave the luggage in their office, only to find when we arrived, that the office is at the marina 15 minutes away, they it was described, led me to believe there was a Office at the complex.
2, Upon arrival, when I called for the keycode for the pool to use before we checked in, I was given the incorrect code so couldn't use the pool until the allocated check in time anyway when the full instructions and video of where the apartment is where sent to me
3, When I asked if we could use the pool earlier than check in on the phone call, I was told, we could If We behaved ourselves ( I am 47 years old and we are a family of four ) we are not Teenagers on a 18 -30 holiday. It felt like I was being told off, there are numerous other comments about the way they talk to people, maybe a little more thought about the guests who are paying to stay there.
4, Other review mentions no sunbeds, so I asked if we could purchase and bring our own, which we did, only to find when we arrived there were two Sunbeds in the storage space of the apartment.
Owner
As the sunbeds are all owned and allocated by each apartment (Some have chains or locks on them) it would be beneficial if you could buy some for the guests that are staying and leave there under a lock like everyone else does. This is the only let down of a fabulous apartment Rental

As instalações eram perfeitas, muito melhores que as fotos, enviaram vídeos para ajudar a fazer o check in , e a comunicação foi muito boa, foram super prestativos
