The place was immaculately maintained, well located within within walking distance of restaurants, rice fields and warungs. Located at the rear of the TU PANDE family temple facing the jungle. The family was warm and inviting and made sure that anything we desired or needed assistance with was catered to from recommendations where to go and see to breakfast at the villa to organising JOE ubud number 0NE as a driver. He also deserves a mention as he went to every length possible to make our trips enjoyable. The stay was the absolute best experience I have EVER had in Bali. These guys went above and beyond and the villa was brilliantly designed and well furnished. You will want for nothing. Between the TU PANDE family and Joe we experienced local cuisine, markets, tours, atv adventures, rafting and more! Little baby Arunika who the villa is named after is also our favourite squishy baby. Seriously Choose no other in ubud.
There is absolutely nothing not to like about this property.

Everything!! Although the lock took a minute to get the gist of but i eventually got it.
Loved the safety of the alley way. The local neighbors are so friendly. There's surrounding villas so gojeks everywhere but it made it feel like I was in BALI. I WILL STAY THERE FOR ALL MY BALI VISITS
I loved everything about the villa esp the shower. The pressure was perfect.

One of the toilets didn't flush and the key situation for the main entry was terrible. You could access the villa through the glass sliding doors just by pushing them open.
