Appartement correct mais bruyant, dans un quartier peu agréable

Appartement correct. Bon état et propre.

Quartier désagréable, excentré et bruyant. Presque aucun commerce à proximité. Immeuble très pauvre et sale dans les parties communes. Appartement très bruyant, on entend le voisin du dessus se retourner dans son lit ! Problème de bruit avec la VMC également, soufflerie bruyante présente directement dans l'une des 2 chambres.

Am Hauseingang gibt es einen Schlüsselkasten,den Code dafür bekommt man einen Tag vorher. Das Einchecken war unkompliziert.Parkplatz bekommt man vor dem Haus,die sind aber sehr rar. Die Innenstadt und ein Supermarkt sind fussläufig zu erreichen.Für eine Nacht ok.

Der Hausflur war dreckig und hat gestunken.Die Kommunikation mit dem Wohnungsvermieter war nach der Bezahlung nicht mehr vorhanden. Wir hatten danach mehrere Fragen gestellt und nie eine Antwort erhalten. Die Wohnung war in den Ecken verschmutzt,die Fenster waren von außen so schmutzig das beim Öffnen der Dreck in die Wohnung gefallen ist. Wir hatten sogar ein Vogelnest mit Ei vor dem Fenster.Für einen längern Aufenthalt hätten wir uns nicht wohlgefühlt.
