This is a new bulit house, everything is very new and clean, no dust, no annoying long hair, quiet, with air condition on. The bed, pillow, blanket, quilt, towel are clean with fragrance. Everyone will definitely have a good sleep there.
The drive way is full of sands, the garage door cannot open.

The location was great .The interior of the house was clean with modern appliances in the kitchen and a lovely connecting dining and living area.I loved using the gas stove,really quick.
It was very cold and even with the aircon set at 26 degrees celsius it was freezing cold especially over night.My bed was very low set which was fine for me,but would be difficult for anyone with weak knees or hip problems.The grass around the premises was overgrown.When using the washing line, I had to go through the tall grass.The access would be a lot better with short grass.I also think that there were too many rules posted all over the house.I would assume that adults using the premises would be cognisant of a lot of stated issues.

1. Prompt response from the host.
2. Pretty new property but not well maintained though.
1. Cleanliness of the kitchen, cutlery, tea towel. They are sharing with other guests so seems not maintain and monitor by the host.
2. The dining table is rather small for four people and outdoor furniture catered for two only.
3. The bed is a bit low. OK for us but may not be good for some people.
4. The body wash in the bathroom was running out already before our check in. Reported to the host and they said the cleaner will refill in the second day but didn’t.
5. Dusty exhaust fan at bathroom, seems not cleaned since day one.
