The staff were extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. The wellness area was excellent, and we were lucky enough to have it all to ourselves, which made the experience even more special. Relaxing on the outdoor terrace with its stunning mountain view was truly unforgettable. The food was exceptional, and the breakfast buffet was rich and varied, featuring a great selection of local products, including dairy from happy, locally raised cows. The room was clean, cozy, and tastefully furnished. We had everything we needed, and there was nothing we missed during our stay.
Our only criticism is that smoking is allowed on terraces and balconies. We were looking forward to enjoying the stunning mountain view in the fresh morning air, but guests on the ground floor started smoking around 8 a.m., and the cigarette smoke drifted up and spoiled the experience. For a biohotel focused on health and well-being, we would have appreciated a smoke-free environment in the outdoor areas as well.
