We loved the location and spectacular views on the lake from the balcony! The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. There is lots of space in the bedrooms and the lounge.
Main improvement needed is air conditioning which is very much needed in the hot days. Without it the apartment was too hot during our stay. It was extremely hot during our stay and the apartment was far too hot even with all windows and doors closed. I would not book this apartment again unless it had air conditioning. It was also too hot during the night, affecting our sleep.
I would also like to see more basic items included like dishwasher tablets, wash up liquid, cleaning sponge for the sink, salt and paper, sugar, a few tea bags, some bin bags, sugar etc. These are a standard in most villas I stayed before in the UK. They are not very expensive and help with not buying lots of your own and then dispose when you leave. For example, the smallest box of dishwasher tablets had 40 tablets which we would never use in 7 days of our stay. Also, many villas we stayed before had a bottle of water, milk for tea, some coffee and small hamper included as a welcome package. It would have been nice to have something like this, so when you first arrive you have a little to go with before needing to do a full shop.

Wow! This is a royal-class-style apartment by the Como lake. Luxuriously spacious accommodation with 3 bedrooms and 5 beds (2+2+1). The kitchen is great and fully equipped. There is a large living room spanning across the whole front side of the apartment. Two bathrooms with two toilets. Large outside terrace with great view of the lake. There is even a small garden on the side of the apartment with a barbeque fire-place and some green grass. The apartment is managed by a professional operator who will provide all information by WhatsApp. We enjoyed the stay. It was a great time in a great location.
