Amazing flat in Sofia!

Probably the best stay i’ve had in a while. The flat was spacious, clean and in a great neighborhood not too far from the center. More than enough facilities for my two week stay. The bed was comfortable, the balcony is a big plus. Airconditioning in every room, which made the hot days very doable. Nice big kitchen. Would definitely recommend!

A completely negative experience that left a very bad impression.

To complete the check-in and get the key to the apartment, you have to go through a real **quest**. The internet disconnects every two hours and remains unavailable for up to half an hour. After contacting them and asking them to check the router, nothing was done. **Please be aware: you will not have a stable internet connection here.** Judging by the reviews, this is clearly not the first time this has happened. The apartment is located in one of the worst areas of Sofia. At the entrance to the building, there is a rubbish dump and a shelter for a stray dog that kept us awake at night. A neighbour’s dog barked from the balcony every night, directly under the kitchen window. The entrance and common areas of the building are terrible, dirty, and in very poor condition. Inside the apartment, the light switches are arranged very inconveniently and seemingly at random. The shower in the bathroom has no enclosure, so water splashes all over the bathroom floor. There is also no towel rack. **I do not recommend this apartment.**
