Friendly communication, space was very clean and comfortable and had all the amenities needed, it was a perfect location for what we were doing (visiting family in Swanville) and the closeness to the water and Belfast was great. It was right on a busy street with no real views but that wasn't really a problem.

Given the main photo on the listing, we expected to be on the ground floor with that deck. We understand now it's actually TWO separate properties and we were surprised on arrival to have to go up a flight of stairs and be on the second story with few windows. We had a patio but it wasn't what we expected. My husband has Parkinson's and balance issues so being up those stairs wasn't ideal so I'd simply suggest you update the photo or be clearer the listing that you will end up in 1 of the 2 properties and one is on the second story. It's definitely misleading to have all the photos on your listing combined as if it's a single property, when clearly it's two separate properties. I'm not entirely clear why it's combined as a single listing to be honest.

Cute set up. Was clean and had some nice touches to make the stay easy.

Mattress needs to be replaced, Sags towards middle a lot. Some lighting on the stairs up to the nest would be nice.

Location location location. The bed was very comfortable! Great coffee and snacks

It smelled of boiled over lobster water. No shampoo conditioner or soap so bring your own!
