Very spacious and clean hotel. It is a new build and some parts of the hotel have construction ongoing, but the actual hotel is great. Rooms are furnished well, clean marble bathrooms and comfortable bedding. Great value for money too compared to other hotels.
Out of four rooms booked, one room had a long delay for hot water to start running. Other rooms worked perfectly well in terms of water temperature, and no other complaints.

Location was good, we had a view from the balcony, the staff tried hard (eg. carried our bags to room) they surprised us with an anniversary cake! Also it was nice to have Netflix. Room was a good size and included a seating area.
The restaurant service was very slow and inefficient despite the fact we were the only people there at the time. We would have appreciated better communication on timing of meal preparations (we waited way too long for the meal, over an hour). Food was not exceptional like the other reviews indicated. The hotel was new and somewhat unfinished, and though the staff tried hard they seemed inexperienced.

The hotel was really worth the price paid. Location at an easily accessible area close to the town and other cites such as Gregory lake, moon plains etc. The food was exceptional and the rooms were clean with heaters. Hot water was available at all times during the day.
