The property is clean and neat. There is everything you need for your comfortable stay including utensils, pans, plates, kettle, fridge, microwave etc. You can cook if you want to. We didn’t cook, but you definitely have options
The host is very responsive and flexible. Five starts go to the Super host. Provided us with a different apartment to stay to accommodate for an early check in. We needed to check in after 12 pm. So, the host made it possible. Thank you for that
We felt like we were at home.
The location is also good. Only several minutes from a bus stop and from shops. It was very quiet and we weren’t bothered by any external noises.
There was a TV with movies and YouTube.
The only downsides were the mattresses and bedding. I had a bad headache after sleeping on the too soft mattress and bedding was synthetic. So, the sleeping experience wasn’t ideal
Otherwise, everything else was perfect
Synthetic bedding and an extremely soft mattress. Very uncomfortable to sleep

Excellent, a true gem in Burabay. Host is very friendly and helpful. Apartment is very well equipped and spacious. Location is brilliant too.
