Very good stay, they have convenient parking facility. The check in process was very smooth and quick. The hotel's restaurant was a treat, serving delicious food that was both flavorful and satisfying. I enjoyed every meal I had there, and the variety of options was impressive during buffet.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a perfect retreat after a long day. The amenities were well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch.
What truly made my stay special was the wonderful staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. Their warm hospitality made me feel right at home.
The terrace was another lovely feature, offering a peaceful spot to unwind and relax. It was the perfect place to sit back, enjoy some fresh air, and take in the surroundings. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I'd highly recommend Paramos meeds.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The breakfast buffet was good with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel is very clean, the staff are courteous and helpful, and the check-in process was seamless and efficient. One of the biggest advantages is the prime location, which makes it very convenient to access major attractions and nearby facilities.
To make the experience even better, additional in-room amenities—could further enhance the overall guest experience. That said, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to others.
We were allocated rooms on different floors instead of the same floor, which was a bit inconvenient. This could have been handled better. Additionally, there was a discrepancy between the prices mentioned in the in-room information booklet and the actual charges. For example, the booklet stated that the fee for a lost room card was 200, whereas the amount charged was 500. This inconsistency needs to be addressed to avoid confusion for guests.

Property was well maintained and cozy. Staff were polite courteous and ready to help with everything. Wifi was good and so were the other complementaries and services available in the room.
Parking was difficult and no valet service was available , and I am not sure if anything could be done about it as the location is pretty much at the centre of Madivala.
Few things that can be improved -
1. I did not see a hand-wash in the bathroom. I had to use the shower gel or the soap that I bought from another hotel. 😇
2. We stayed there for two nights and had to pay for water on the second day. Providing complementary mineral water should be basic for such a hotel. They can obviously charge for additional water.
3. Gym can be enhanced with some more equipments.

Super clean hotel with art and music all around!
Very comfy bed and the hotel is one street away from the main road, which makes it a quiet spot.
Beautiful furniture in the lobby and the staff are amazing!
Venkatesh at breakfast is very professional and polite. Gopal, the security officer always has a smile on for us and is very attentive.
We stayed for 8 nights and felt at home and safe at this hotel. Highly recommend!
