Space, location and staff
The pricing and booking option. Usually most of the hotels gives discount when 2 rooms for 3 nights is booked. I think the price wasnt right. Also charging customer extra for half an hour late checkout was the right things to do when i have spent a decent amount of money on stay and restaurant.

Very helpful hotel staff and waiters
Very overcrowded for breakfast so staff couldn't keep up with cleaning tables

Room was clean. And room sizes also big big and clean balcony with the Hillside view and site Sea view.
We had our dinner at there Beach site Restaurant food was good but quantity is not enough as expected. Also, their customer service is not up to the mark. We place the water they give us food, but they didn’t give us plate and we place the order they take too long to deliver our food. Also, we have to wait long time to place our order.

The location and the private beach at Bay Lounge!
Some of the staff were not friendly and the room had a fishy smell to it!
