Very good experience overall. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as expected. The building itself is a great option for a stay in Nairobi, with a rooftop restaurant and a café downstairs, which makes everything much easier and more convenient. Security is also very good, which I really appreciated.
I would definitely stay here again.
The only thing I would perhaps change is the laundry arrangement. The bed linen is washed inside the apartment, so during cleaning I ended up having the cleaner sitting in the living room waiting for the washing machine to finish. Since one of the things I was particularly looking for during my stay was privacy, I would have preferred for the laundry to be handled outside the apartment or at another time.
Other than that, everything was impeccable and I had a very positive stay.

The apartment was everything you would want. A home away from home with attention to detail. And there’s an excellent cafe on the premises serving healthy food options and so convenient. Kristyn is the best. Communicates like no other and focused on you having the best experience. I can’t say enough good things about my experience there!
