It is a very well maintained site with helpful staff. Everything was in great condition and prepared with care. Basic needs are a nearby walk including several restaurants and massage places, and as you would expect in Thailand a 7-11. Tops delivers to this location and building staff were helpful getting things up to the unit. The view is wonderful and easy access down to a pool and the beach (when not high tide). This should definitely be thought of as a rural stay with close-by more urban settings.
It is in a very small community (which I liked) which was somewhat isolated off from other locations (this grew on me). Most of the host’s recommendations were in Hua Hin about 20 minute drive away and site is actually about 15 min south of Cha-am Beach and the main community.

The room is in a condo, so it feels really quiet and private. There’s also a nice balcony where you can sit outside and relax. The breeze is amazing and very refreshing! Even though there are some trees in front, you can still enjoy a sea view.
The location is close to a big hotel, but it’s still very easy to find. The host was super kind and always helpful throughout our stay. The room itself is spacious, clean, and well organized. The kitchen is fully equipped, which is perfect if you enjoy cooking. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I’d definitely recommend this place!
* The way leading to the room can be a bit dark at night in some areas.
* The location may not be very convenient for guests without a car.
* If you order food delivery, the map pin/location may not always be accurate, so you might need to guide the driver a little.

进了停车场大门一直走都到大楼中间就是登记入住的地方，房间如图所示温馨可爱，有两面大落地窗，采光非常好，我们有幸看到一次日出与日落，非常漂亮。这边人比较少并且都很淳朴友善，出行建议租个小摩托车，穿街走巷，5分钟路程就有7仔，适合慢节奏的生活。我们住了一个星期，生活上很便利，公寓楼下还有泳池，不过入住阶段比较冷就没去。之前不怎么会用这个app，房东一直很主动给我发消息，贴心地告知我入住的所有注意事项，回信息很快，我不小心落下了一个u盘在公寓，联系房东帮忙拿回了，房东真的很棒！！！
